When we handle the closing for your lender, we represent the lender’s interests — so we recommend retaining your own attorney. Our office can represent you too, for a reasonable fee.
Closing day essentials
- Certified or bank cashier’s checks payable to the firm for closing funds.
- A valid driver’s license or passport — we cannot close without it.
- Review your lender’s commitment letter; any special conditions must be met before closing.
